The Parents' Progress Meeting is a morning of scheduled one-to-one conversations. Each family sits down with their child's class teacher to talk through what has been achieved, what comes next and how home and school can work together.

What a slot looks like

Each meeting is fifteen minutes, with a written summary sheet prepared in advance by the class teacher. Nothing is read out cold; the teacher has already gathered the child's work, notes and a short plan for the term ahead.

  • Fifteen minutes with your child's class teacher, by appointment.
  • A written summary prepared in advance, for you to keep.
  • Samples of your child's work to look through together.
  • A short plan for the coming term with clear next steps.

The most useful thing a parent can bring to this meeting is one honest question they have been holding back.

Academic Office, Edulife IT School

Held at both campuses

Meetings run simultaneously at Khagrachari and Luxmichari. You attend the campus your child attends. There is no need to travel between sites.

If you cannot attend

Families unable to attend in person can arrange a short phone conversation with the class teacher instead. Please arrange this in advance so the teacher can plan the time properly.
